Ingredients:
1) 200 grams of chicken meat
2) 4 or 5 mushrooms
3)150 grams of spinach
4) 4 garlic cloves
5) olive oil
6) paprika powder
7) thyme
Preparation
1) We are going to start with the meat. We chop the chicken in slices, just like you see in the picture.
2) Add the chicken into a bowl
3) Add: salt, pepper, parika powder, thyme and a little bit of olive oil
4) Mix them
5) Find a tray and put some baking paper in it, because we don’t want the meat to stick to the tray.
6) Put the meat into the oven, set the oven to 180 degrees.
7) When you decide that the meat requires only 10 minutes, we should start with mushrooms and spinach
8) We take to pans(cause we want to cook them simultaneous)
9) Chop the mushrooms into slices, add just a bit of olive oil, salt, pepper and thyme
10) Mix it a little bit on low heat
11) Then chop some cloves of garlic, 4 or 5, add the to the pan, add olive oil, salt, pepper and add the spinach. Mix them for about 1 minute, then come back to the other pan, the mushrooms one
12) After 6-7 minutes they will be ready and you can take out the meat as well.
13) Put all of them into a plate. It smells so good, and it’s so colorful, love it!
